We typically respond within 24-48 hours. Sometimes faster. Sometimes slower if someone is moving apartments and we are helping carry boxes.

What to Include

If you are reporting a bug:

  • Browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
  • Device (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead

Screenshots help. We are visual people.

What We Can Help With

  • Calculator not working right
  • Suggestions for new features
  • Questions about how the math works
  • Partnership inquiries
  • Complaints about your roommate (we will sympathize)

What We Cannot Help With

  • Legal disputes with your landlord (call a lawyer)
  • Evicting a roommate (call a lawyer)
  • Getting your security deposit back (small claims court)
  • Relationship advice (call a therapist, or your mom)

No Physical Address

We are fully remote. No office to visit. We work from kitchen tables, coffee shops, and occasionally the couch. This is the internet. We are everywhere and nowhere.

Social Media

We are not really on social media. We tried Twitter once and it was exhausting. If you want to follow something, follow your roommate around the apartment to see if they ever do the dishes. That is more entertaining anyway.

Seriously though, if you email us a good roommate horror story, we might feature it on the blog. Anonymously, of course. We are not monsters.
